You could always just re-angle the "shoulder" and form it into his back. The line crossing his giraffe neck looks as though it could be a shoulder. In which case, the guy would simply be letting his shirt slip off, rather than stretching his neck to the heavens... The proportions would be better anyway. Would just take a little tweeking. Face is excelent.

Thanks for the tips. I always see things are wrong but have no clue what they are or how to fix them, or I over-fix.
